The precursor to GuideServe was born as part of Bianchi Financial Solutions LLC (A CPA firm) in 2002. Since 2012, GuideServe has been operating as a division of another national CPA firm exclusively dedicated to serving nonprofit organizations. In 2016, GuideServe became the independent SOLUTIONS company that exists today.

Our founder, Michael Bianchi has almost 30 years of experience exclusively serving nonprofit organizations from just about any perspective. You would be hard pressed to find someone with a more complete perspective on nonprofit finances than our founder.

Michael “Mike” Bianchi is the founder and chief visionary solutions officer of GuideServe and has over 30 years serving nonprofit organizations as a trusted advisor in the roles of board member, executive management, external auditor, internal auditor, and consultant. Mike’s service to nonprofit organizations has focused principally on churches and ministries including serving as an outsourced partner to organizations ranging from small church plants to large international missions organizations and churches. His experience also includes holding staff positions as the executive director of administration, CFO, and controller of large churches and ministries. Mike has also been privileged to serve as an auditor and consultant to many high-profile ministries across the country.

Mike is a former partner and the national director of GuideServe for Batts Morrison Wales & Lee (BMWL). In addition to his experience with BMWL, Mike’s professional career includes serving as president of his own CPA firm, “Big Four” firm experience, and directing a regional office of a large national firm serving nonprofit organizations. He is licensed or authorized to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in various states and is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Mike has been a conference speaker on nonprofit issues, has conducted training for large nonprofit organizations, and has also contributed to various publications. Mike holds an M.B.A. and accounting and finance bachelor of science degrees from Florida State University.
